Clubs Funding

This is just a note to inform all members that the second round of funding for 2006/2007 provided by the VFDA to affiliated clubs has been paid.   The clubs receiving this funding are: Honey Badgers Melbourne University Monash University Ballarat University Ishtar Team Box Honey Heads of State Chilly (x2) The amount paid in this round was $2826.60, which is up approximately $500 from the first round (paid back in January).  The increase is due to more people paying league fees on Wednesday/Thursday nights, thereby reducing the losses incurred by the VFDA for running these social leagues.   The pool of funding passed on to the clubs (for their growth and development) comes from a Sports & Recreation Victoria (SRV) Grant that the VFDA applies for (and generally receives) each year.
