Dear all, another season is nearly ending and we already have to think about the next one. 

REGISTRATION:

We will try to have a hat competition before the league (either split gender or mixed). But that depends on the number of weeks we will be allocated for the season. Stay tuned for more details.

Captains must email the League Director to register a Team.

If you don't have a team and want to play, register your name in "Interested Players". Describe your skill level in the appropriate box. Team captains, you are allowed to pick players from that pool and recruit them to your roster. If numbers permit it, the "Interested Players" will form the hat team, and will be allocated a Div3 slot.

DIVISIONS:

We will split the division 2 into division 2 and division 3 and I expect 12 teams to register. 

The top four teams of this season have access to Div2, the bottom four team will be allocated to Div3. Teams in 5th and 6th position and any new registered teams formed can ask to have an allocated spot on Div2 . The decision of accessing Div2 will be done by the strength of your roster compared to the other teams.

FEES:

$45 per player. 

Captains, if you want to register a team, you need to pay a $200 non refundable deposit BEFORE May 18th. 

That will secure your spot. The rest of the money should be payed no later than three weeks after league started. The total amount for league has not changed because of the $200 deposit eg. If a team has 14 players (14 x 45 = $630), the captain must pay $200 upfront and then the remaining $430 by week three.

Furthermore, teams with late teams fees (after the third week) will see ALL their players paying a late fees of 60$ a head. Not fair, then pay early!

ELITE PLAYER LIMIT:

We will enforce the elite player rule. An elite player is a current worlds, world club or key nationals player. A team can have any number of elite players on their roster, but the number of elite players on the field at any one time is restricted.

The maximum number of elite players allowed on the field per team is as follows:

Div1: no restriction

Div2: maximum of four elite players (two elite players per gender)

Div3: maximum of three elite players (maximum of two per gender)

Elite players will be label as such on the team roster.
