Public Transport 

The park can be reached using any tram that travels on Swanston St and stops at Melbourne University (with a 10 minute walk to the park to warm up) or the #19 tram that travels on Royal Parade (alight at stop 16 "Walker St (Optus Oval)").

There are many trams to Melbourne University; you can catch the #1, #3, #5, #6, #8, #16, #64, #67 or #72 depending on where you are coming from.

 Parking 

There is some parking around the local area, but no dedicated car park.

The fields at Princes Park are availalbe for hire through the City of Melbourne . 

 Notes 

Many players on the northern side of the city use the fields for training sessions.
