Social League resumes on Wednesday the 1st October 2008 and runs until 10th December

We welcome all players of all levels and ages to come down and see what ultimate is all about. We especially welcome first timers.
The night starts with some coaching tips and drills then we make up some teams and enjoy a spirited game of Ultimate.
Don't be shy, come along and give it a go, first timers play free!
We play at Albert Park and the fun starts at 7:00 with games organised by 8:30.
In the spirit of social league, 9:30 we're at the pub. Currently the post game venue is The George.

Cat Phillips Reports on the her experience at worlds in Vancouver 2008.

My worlds experience began at Sydney airport, when the two junior teams were presented with our uniforms. We then travelled together to Vancouver, where we started our pre-tour, which consisted of two practice games against high schools in Seattle and lots of training. At the end of our first week overseas we were fully settled in and ready to begin the tournament.

It's the last three points of the GB game - we are 13-15 down, time cap has gone, game to 16.

• Mama makes a huge layout grab to go 14-15
• Keah makes a crucial D to go 15-15
• Hussey does her best pull of the tournament, and Liz gets the D and.....well, you know the rest.

The celebrations bring a smile to my face everytime I watch it.
