Do you live in Victoria and play Ultimate? Then complete the VFDA Survey and be in with a chance to win a $50 Rebel Sport Voucher. To start the survey go here.
The survey is about Ultimate in Victoria and the Victorian Flying Disc Association (VFDA).
There are 25 questions and it will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Information gathered in this survey will be used to help guide the development of the VFDA Strategic Plan and could directly effect the future focus of the VFDA.
A $50 Rebel Sport Voucher will be randomly awarded to one lucky person who completes the Survey.
The survey will close on 8 December 2008.
