The Monday Night Mixed Divisions at Albert Park are aimed at providing a more competitive level of mixed ultimate.

The 2007 winter season runs from May until August and is made up primarily of club teams. The Mixed Division Two has been running for a number of seasons and hence consistent teams have formed: direct entry is allowed for persistent teams. However, there is still provision for individual players to join a hat team, and clubs are always welcoming of new players.

In mixed divisions, at most four male players are allowed on the field at any one time. The offensive team may choose either four males or four females with the defence gender matching.

Games run from 7.30pm to 10.30pm at Albert Park fields 4, 5 and 6

Finals will be held at the end of the season and MVP prizes will be awarded.
